Lucknow: The Hindustan Handicrafts Festival, one of Uttar Pradesh’s major platforms for artisans and small entrepreneurs, will be held from November 25 to December 30, 2026, at Manyavar Shri Kanshi Ram Ji Sanskritik Sthal Smriti Upvan, Bangla Bazar, Ashiyana, Lucknow.
At a press conference at the UP Press Club, organising committee president Arun Pratap Singh and Gunjan Verma said artisans and small entrepreneurs from around 25 states would participate, displaying and selling traditional handmade products. Around 50 artisans from economically weaker sections of Lucknow will be provided free stalls.

Singh said the festival aims to promote traditional crafts, provide artisans recognition and market access, and encourage youth towards self-reliance and entrepreneurship.

Verma said artists associated with folk culture, dance, music and literature will receive a free platform daily from 4 pm to 10 pm. Talks are underway to invite popular performers, including Pawan Singh, Kanhaiya Mittal and Bhagyashree. Final confirmations will be announced officially.
The organisers said security arrangements would include around 350 CCTV cameras and over 100 private security guards, along with drinking water, sanitation and toilet facilities.
